VI 18 CLEAN TECHNOLOGY DIVISION (CT)

a) Sponsoring specific studies which would, inter-alia, facilitate environmental impact assessment of developmental projects including calibration and validation of models adopted, case studies etc.

b) Environmental Impact Assessment of nuclear projects and allied activities such as nuclear fuel complex, monitoring of the conditions stipulated at the time of clearance of these projects, involving guidelines etc.

c) Examination of the proposals received from different agencies for international institutional assistance on different sectors such as energy, industry.

d) Nuclear Power Projects.

e) Carrying capacity case studies.

f) Natural Resources Accounting (Environment as well as Forestry related).

g) Life cycle Assessment.

h) Carrying capacity based Regional Planning for sustainable Development.
