Subject:- Expression of Interest.

Dear Sir,

We propose to take up conservation activities of buildings constructed during pre-independence period at Howrah, Kurseong, Coimbatore, Bangalore, Pune and Dehradun,. The rehabilitation and retrofitting analysis recommendations will be done separately by IIT, Roorkee/IIT, Chennai. In conjunction with rehabilitation and retrofitting of the buildings conservation measures will have to be taken. We will be interested to know about your organization.

1. It is propriety concern or it is a company

2. Memorandum of Association of the company

3. The turnover of the company duly authenticated by Chartered Accountant for last 5 years

4. The technical manpower available with the company

5. The list of conservation works taken up by the company in last 5 years

6. The list of conservation works in hand as on 31.3.06

We will also be welcome anything else if you wish to tell about yourself.

This expression of interest is with an intention to explore the agencies which are working in the field of conservation and understand about their financial strength, technical strength and their credentials for short-listing conservation architects for likely works as mentioned above. We will be waiting for your reply on or before 15^th of June, 2006.
