Up Research Priority for Projects under Indian Council of Forest Research and
Education at Dehradun
This system focuses
on research needs and optimal utilization of scarce
resources. Following are the main objectives of the project:

Bringing objectivity in choice of research

Providing justification for selection of projects

Selecting important and/or emerging research needs

Selecting meaningful research projects

Minimizing frequent changes of direction
* Maintaining continuity in the desired direction
of research
The system has Graphical user interfaces (GUI) environment and
developed on MS ACCESS at backend & Visual Basic at frontend.
