29. The project proposal, complete in all respects, should be submitted in duplicate in the prescribed format directly to the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests of the concerned State Government/ UT Administration. The completed proposals as per the scheme guidelines shall be received by the State/ UT Forest Departments from 1^st July to 31^st August of each calendar year. The NAEB shall not receive/ entertain any proposal under the scheme sent directly by the Agency.
